Turning the lights on
The news are barely to stand at the moment. The words from a friend's letter some years ago come to my mind: "One day there will be no need for computers anymore and everyone will be good at painting and story telling... after the world blows up or after Herbie blows it up with one of his guns."
Hm, maybeeeee time is near. While working on the daily mess, thinking about optimizing processes or increasing work efficiency I'm coming again and again to the same thought: maybe I should just move into a house by the sea and paint. Or do little illustrations. During the first day of the Japanese catastrophe I had the feeling to turn of the lights and pause, while everyone, although shocked, seemed to keep on going as nothing happened. Anyway, it's time to turn on the lights again and keep on thinking what to change first.
