Relax
Just had a phonecall with a friend of mine and we were discussing the status of "thinking too much", which can get quite exhausting after a while. And all of a sudden this little man came into my mind which I drew some years ago. Let's lean back and relax and see what's happening next. But first have a stretch...

Drag Queen
I had a great night and thanks to everyone who came along before and after. One little wish to go to The Imperial Hotel, one background for the movie Priscilla, Queen of Desert, again after so many years just worked out and it is still as fun as it was used to be. Very happy nad pretty much tired.

Lombok
Booked, after some sidetracks and a nice try to change my flights, I've now booked myself a tour in Lombok. Even though it's going to be hard to leave Australia again, I'm starting to look foward to my little last trip before returning home. Hmm. Indonesia I'm coming. :)

Swim
The best place to go for a swim after work. And the probably the best view from any swimming pool in the whole wide world. :)

no govindas, no kooky and no alibrandi
Being back home, eating german bread and drinking Tooheys and listening finally to my new cd of Angus and Julia Stone, by being back from Newtown, instead of going to the movies, trying to find a dvd (Looking for Alibrandi) and a cd from Club Kooky, but ending up with a sketch of the presumable new location and finally finding a printed version of Cyclic Defrost with my two little layouts. What a nice evening. :)

Bloggen via Email?
This is probably nothing new, but I've just figured out that I could probably email my blog. Hm, let's try if it works. But by the way my since the blog changed to that google account my archives are just messed up and don't work anymore. And I have no f*##*+ idea. But bloggen via Email rocks...

Wellington
Confusion. Sometimes decision making is quite complicated.
By the way, a nice song from NZ:
i can hear you calling
calling my name
i can feel you falling again
into my arms
i got you singing in my soul
i got you singing in my soul
Music: Fly my pretties - a collaboration of musicians from Wellington.

Ferry ride to Homebush Bay
I'm probably repeating myself. But have I already mentioned that I love this city? Saturday afternoon, it's so easy, just hop on a ferry and enjoy. And yesterday I could have nearly killed myself that I didn't stay as volunteering photographer for the Olympics in 2000. That was pretty stupid.
Real Estate 2
Property of the day: "Ship shape home on the water" A bold design in concrete, stell and fibreglass created a bayview home that has become an icon. You could almost jump on the ferry from the balcony of this iconic bayside home perched above the wharf." Or even better "Watch the ferry dock as you finish coffee, then hop aboard." Typical value of houses in this street: 1,991,000$ Typical value of houses in the immediate surrounding area: 2,441,000$ Auction guide: high 1 millions. :)
Well...

City for Sale
So it worked out quite well that I went to the opening night of City for Sale at the Darlinghurst Theatre, a satire about the real estate market in Sydney. A very nice and entertaining show, worth watching it!!!
Real Estate
Concerning property prices Sydney is nuts and it's real estate market just amazing. Yesterday I stumbled over this nicely made magazine. But on page 4 it already turned out to be a real estate advertising brochure with brightly polished more or less non affordable houses, flats or so called renovators dreams. Property of the day - a real bargain: a 3 bedroom appartment with 2 bathrooms and 1 garage and a view and the freeway right in front of the house! Guide: only 2.5 Million Australian Dollars. Hmmmm!!!!!!
