Salut Gilles
I've found it! After a long way. There are no bicycle to rent during this time of season and there are no busses going to La plage on isle Notre Dame. And all the people heading towards the island went to the Casino. But I've made my way to the starting point of Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, took a picture and went back. I think it's much nicer during the summer months. There were only a few people riding their own bicycles. But next time during the Formula 1 Grand prix I can say I've been there.

Mentally preparing...
Just came back from the bank with different money in my wallet.
An excerpt from "Le chandail de hockey" of Roch Carrier is on the back on the canadian five dollar bill: The winters of my childhood were long, long seasons. We lived in three places - the school, the church and the skating-rink - but our real life was on the skating-rink.

Little present of the day
A collegue of mine came back from the Leipzig book fair and brought me this little nice book with heaps of illustrated little creatures. The czech Baobab publishing company was founded for alternative children's books in 2000. The illustrations are great and the books they've produced can be found on this website.
