Who the heck...

Just came back from Hamburg, back to the provincial tiny town Kiel, passing by a poster in a bank and wondering about so many strange processes here. What is this site by the Kieler Volksbank about, why is it made in 2002 and why are there now posters of this project hanging in a shop window and why can't some things become nice and thoughtful. It's too often that way that things become so miserable, and that sucks. Argh.
